The regulatory effect of "Jiaji" (EX-B2) electroacupuncture (EA) on the NOD-like receptor thermal protein domain-associated protein 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome in the lumbar spinal cord is investigated and its mechanism in improving limb dysfunction in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) mice is explored.
