Neddylation of NFATc1 and Runx2 regulates osteoclast–osteoblast balance and represents a dual-action therapeutic target for postmenopausal osteoporosis

The study reveals that neddylation stabilizes NFATc1, promoting osteoclastogenesis, while destabilizing Runx2, suppressing osteoblast maturation, and reveals its potential as a mechanism-driven dual-action therapeutic target for PMOP.
