Association between up-titration of guideline-directed medical therapy and clinical outcomes in patients with chronic heart failure with reduced ejection fraction

In patients with HFrEF, up-titration of GDMT was independently associated with favourable clinical outcomes and LVRR, and the GDMT score could facilitate optimisation of GDMT even in patients with chronic HFrEF.
