It is revealed that pharmacist-led educational interventions significantly improve clinical outcomes, medication adherence, and HRQoL in diabetic-hypertensive patients and recommends routine integration of pharmacists in clinical settings for multidisciplinary care of diabetic-hypertensive patients.
