GREEN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN HEALTHCARE: BIBLIOMETRIC INSIGHTS AND QUALITATIVE EVIDENCE OF IMPLEMENTATION GAPS IN REGIONAL HOSPITALS
The results show that GHRM experienced significant acceleration across disciplines in 2024-2026, but implementation in the field is still incidental, based on appeals, and has not been integrated into formal HR instruments such as SKP, reward systems, or promotions.
