Clonal sharing and plasticity of follicular CD4 + T cells across lymph nodes and tumors in non-small cell lung cancer

Overall, tumor-invaded LNs and tumors coordinate the generation and maintenance of tumor-reactive CD4+ lineages, identifying highly plastic follicular T cells as therapeutic checkpoints to reinforce anti-tumor responses.

Adenosine 2A receptor drives microglial efferocytosis to accelerate white matter repair and functional recovery after stroke.

It is demonstrated that microglial adenosine 2A receptor (A2AR) is essential for spontaneous white matter regeneration after ischemic injury in mice and identified A2AR as a critical regulator of microglia-mediated white matter repair and a promising therapeutic target for enhancing regeneration after stroke.
