This article examines how contemporary business leadership can integrate transformational, digital, inclusive, and ethical orientations to generate adaptive and sustainable organizational performance. It employs a qualitative literature review—not a systematic literature review—of reputable journal articles published mainly since 2020. Sources were purposively selected for their relevance to leadership, team management, digital transformation, organizational change, ethics, and sustainability, and were synthesized thematically and interpretively. The review shows that leadership does not affect performance directly or uniformly. Its influence operates through trust, psychological safety, empowerment, engagement, learning, and knowledge-sharing mechanisms. Transformational leadership supplies direction and change energy; digital leadership connects strategy, technology, data, and work design; inclusive and shared leadership broaden voice, collaboration, and innovation; and ethical-sustainable leadership protects legitimacy, accountability, and stakeholder value. The article proposes an integrated leadership capability model comprising strategic sensemaking, human–technology orchestration, participation architecture, ethical stewardship, and adaptive learning. The model emphasizes contextual fit, behavioral consistency, and supporting organizational systems. Practically, organizations should develop leaders through capability portfolios and multidimensional performance metrics rather than relying on a single idealized leadership style

Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) disclosure has become an increasingly important research area due to growing demands for corporate transparency, sustainable business practices, and responsible investment decisions. This study aims to examine the development, intellectual structure, and emerging research trends in ESG disclosure literature using a bibliometric analysis approach. Data were collected from the Scopus database by identifying relevant publications related to ESG disclosure, sustainability reporting, and corporate sustainability. The collected documents were analyzed using VOSviewer to perform keyword co-occurrence analysis, citation analysis, co-authorship analysis, institutional collaboration analysis, and country collaboration mapping. The findings reveal that ESG disclosure research has experienced substantial growth and is primarily focused on themes related to ESG practices, sustainability reporting, corporate social responsibility, financial performance, stakeholder theory, and corporate governance. Influential studies indicate that ESG disclosure plays an important role in enhancing corporate value, improving transparency, reducing information asymmetry, and strengthening stakeholder relationships. The thematic evolution analysis further demonstrates a transition from conventional sustainability reporting toward emerging research areas involving artificial intelligence, machine learning, carbon disclosure, ESG performance measurement, and sustainable investment. The collaboration analysis highlights the dominant contributions of countries such as China, the United States, the United Kingdom, India, and Italy, reflecting the global and interdisciplinary nature of ESG disclosure research. This study contributes to the existing literature by mapping the knowledge structure of ESG disclosure and identifying future research opportunities related to digital ESG assessment, regulatory harmonization, and sustainable corporate value creation.

The rapid development of digital technology has transformed the practice of Islamic preaching (da'wah), shifting from conventional communication methods toward digital platforms that enable broader and more interactive religious engagement. This study aims to explore the intellectual structure, publication trends, influential contributions, collaboration patterns, and emerging research themes in the field of Digital Da'wah using a bibliometric analysis approach. Data were retrieved from the Scopus database using relevant keywords related to digital da'wah, online preaching, Islamic communication, and digital religion. The collected publications were analyzed using VOSviewer to visualize co-authorship networks, country collaborations, citation patterns, keyword co-occurrence, thematic evolution, and research density. The findings indicate that Digital Da'wah research has grown significantly, with Indonesia emerging as the most prominent contributor and the primary collaboration center. The literature analysis shows that early research focused mainly on social media utilization, Islamic communication, and online religious dissemination. However, recent studies have expanded toward broader issues, including digital religious authority, mediatization, digital platforms, artificial intelligence ethics, content automation, and ethical technology. The keyword analysis reveals a transition from platform-oriented studies toward interdisciplinary discussions involving communication studies, Islamic studies, and technological innovation. This study concludes that Digital Da'wah has developed into a multidimensional research field reflecting the transformation of religious practices in the digital era. Future research should further investigate ethical frameworks for AI-assisted da'wah, digital religious literacy, algorithmic influence on Islamic content distribution, and sustainable digital religious communities.
