Serum Glial Fibrillary Acidic Protein Dynamics, Disease Progression, and Therapy Response in Multiple Sclerosis.

It is suggested that serum GFAP may serve as a biomarker for personalized risk stratification and treatment monitoring and as a screening tool to reduce cohort size in clinical trials targeting MS progression.

Choroid plexus morphological and microstructural changes across inflammatory phenotypes in multiple sclerosis.

CP volume was increased in both active RMS and inactive PMS and was associated with lower total and cortical brain volumes, suggesting CP volume may reflect processes beyond MS-specific pathology, including physiological factors.
