High prevalence of Q fever among patients clinically diagnosed with brucellosis in a Kenyan pastoralist community
Q fever prevalence substantially exceeded that of brucellosis in patients presenting with brucellosis-like symptoms in this pastoral community, suggesting a substantial burden of undiagnosed Q fever.
