Multiplicative Subgroups of Prime Fields Are Not Sumsets

Let $H \leq \mathbb{F}_p^*$ be a proper multiplicative subgroup, and suppose that $H = A+B$ for some $A,B \subseteq \mathbb{F}_p$.
