Ovarian Myxoma in a Patient With Missed Abortion: A Diagnostic Dilemma

This case shows that ovarian myxoma can mimic a mature cystic teratoma on imaging, gross examination, and cytology, and that the final diagnosis depends on histopathological examination (HPE) supported by immunohistochemistry.
