VCP‐Regulated LMF2 Stabilizes the Cholesterol Biosynthesis Enzyme HMGCS1 to Drive Cancer Progression and Confer Capecitabine Resistance in Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer

A previously unrecognized VCP‐LMF2‐HMGCS1 regulatory axis that drives TNBC progression and chemoresistance is unveiled, and lipase maturation factor 2 is identified as a promising therapeutic target for this recalcitrant disease.

Enzymatic activity-independent NANS stabilizes LATS2 to drive growth and therapeutic resistance in HR+/HER2- breast cancer

It is discovered that NANS-mediated recruitment of USP7 stabilizes LATS2, driving tumor growth and resistance to endocrine therapy and CDK4/6 inhibitors in breast cancer.
