Facile Preparation of TiO2/PMMA Nanocomposites with Enhanced Physio-Mechanical Properties for Dental Applications
Significant reduction in water adsorption and polymerization shrinkage was observed with increasing filler (TiO 2 ) contents, which reveals the dimensional stability of nanocomposites, favorable for dental implants, and this is attributed to the effective bonding of TiO 2 nanoparticles with the PMMA matrix.
