A Practical Digital-Transformation Maturity and Delivery-Readiness Framework for U.S. SMEs and Small Government Vendors: Development, Pre-Pilot Psychometric Validation and Operational Benchmark Calibration

- Digital transformation in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is frequently measured by technology adoption rather than by the operating capability created after adoption. This study develops a practical Digital-Transformation Maturity and Delivery-Readiness Framework for U.S. SMEs and small government vendors....

Cybersecurity of Critical Infrastructures: Challenges, Empirical Threat Analytics and Future Resilience Perspectives

- Critical infrastructure now depends on cloud platforms, 5G-enabled connectivity, operational technology, Internet of Things devices and data-intensive service delivery. This convergence has widened the attack surface for essential sectors such as energy, water, telecommunications, healthcare, banking, government and...

From Multi-Omics Prediction to Clinical Workflow: An Interoperable, Bias-Audited, Human-in-the-Loop Decision-Support Framework for Precision Oncology

- Multi-omics survival models for precision oncology are increasingly capable of producing patient-level risk estimates, subtype projections and molecular explanations. Yet a model that performs adequately in retrospective validation is not automatically ready for clinical use. The translational problem is broader than...

From Software Acquisition to Operational Capability: Measuring ERP-Enabled Performance: A Transaction-Level Benchmarking Study and Prospective Matched-Case Evaluation Framework for SMES And Government Vendors

The findings show that transaction visibility can diagnose capability gaps, but software records alone cannot establish implementation causality, and that ERP value is realised through a governed operating system, not through software possession.
