Mathematical model and software architecture of verifiable audit of compliance with information security policy based on blockchain anchoring

A hybrid on-chain/off-chain model is proposed, in which full event logs are stored outside the blockchain, while only cryptographic hash anchors, timestamps, digital signatures, and links to previous records are written to the distributed ledger.
