Glioblastoma Tumors with Decelerated Epigenetic Aging Are Characterized by Glutamatergic Neuronal Activity and Stemness
It is suggested that combining anti-glutamatergic therapies with temozolomide exerts synergistic antitumor effects while mitigating adverse chemotherapy-induced phenotypes, such as increased stemness, neuronal hyperexcitability, and immunosuppression, thereby laying the groundwork for novel therapeutic strategies.
