ISAAC (Intervention-based Structural Auditing for Computational Models), a post-hoc framework that evaluates model behaviour through controlled, sequence-level interventions grounded in position weight matrices, supports structural auditing as a necessary complement to accuracy and attribution in XAI for genomics.
The empirical findings indicate that environmental, infrastructure, property, physical, and democracy-related harms attain the highest values under the two multidimensional Gini indices and therefore exhibit the strongest concentration in their joint direct, indirect, and inferred severity-frequency distributions.
