Associations of Irisin with Blood Pressure, Central Obesity, and Hypertension Duration

Serum irisin is inversely associated with blood pressure (BP), and positively with WHtR, independent of hypertension duration and physical activity, highlighting its potential role in cardiovascular risk modulation among hypertensive adults.
