For young/middle-aged patients, preoperative coagulation status should be optimized, postoperative anticoagulant overuse limited and fluid volume recovery enhanced and for elderly patients, intraoperative fluid input should be strictly restricted, and postoperative protein and electrolyte levels monitored.
