PLIN3 knockdown enhances T cell-mediated cytotoxicity in non-small cell lung cancer via autophagy-dependent PD-L1 degradation.

It is shown that targeting PLIN3 can induce autophagy, which promotes the degradation of PD-L1, ultimately leading to enhanced activation of T cells and an innovative approach to enhance the efficacy of immunotherapy in lung cancer.

LARS2 reprograms mitochondrial metabolism and epigenetically upregulates MHC-I to boost antitumor immunity in nasopharyngeal carcinoma

This study uncovers a novel mechanism by which the tumor suppressor LARS2 inhibits immune evasion in NPC through upregulation of MHC-I, and highlights a high-leucine diet as a promising strategy to sensitize tumors to immunotherapy.
