Effectiveness and Safety of Ketamine-Propofol Versus Ketamine-Midazolam Combinations in Endoscopic Cholangiopancreatography: A Prospective Observational Study

Ketamine–propofol provided faster onset, quicker recovery and better hemodynamic control, but with more respiratory adverse events, while ketamine–midazolam was effective for ERCP sedation.
