The Nuclear Dimension of Extensions and Graph $C^*$-Algebras

Regular simple nuclear C*-algebras

We prove Z-stability for all simple, separable, pure, nuclear C*-algebras. Combining this with very recent work of Thiel completes the proof of the Toms-Winter conjecture.
