SCQ: Stabilizing Conservative Q-Learning with Sigmoid-Bounded Entropy

This work introduces SCQ (Sigmoid-Bounded Conservative Q-Learning), which replaces this term with a sigmoid-bounded formulation that stays strictly positive, stabilizing policy optimization without sacrificing exploration.
