Characterizing features of the genetic architecture underlying autism from a multi-ancestry perspective.

To investigate ancestry-specific genetic contributions to ASD, whole-genome sequencing data from three independent ASD cohorts was analyzed and admixture mapping identified five ancestry-specific ASD-susceptibility loci.
