BLE Theft Auto: Evaluating the Security of Aftermarket BLE-based Automotive Remote Control Systems
This paper discovered six aftermarket BLE remote control systems in use today and identified critical vulnerabilities in three such systems, two of which are installed by car dealers, exposing what is estimated to be 2.9 million vehicles to attack.
