Insights into the Genetic Diversity of Yersinia enterocolitica Isolated from Poultry and Red Meat in South Korea in 2024
A genomic baseline for biotype 1A Y. enterocolitica isolates recovered from animal-source foods in South Korea is provided and conserved chromosomal virulence-associated genes involved in adhesion, invasion, invasion, secretion, and enterotoxicity were detected.
