Disorder-specific and shared genetic architecture underlying schizophrenia and bipolar disorder
It is shown that SCZ and BIP genetic risk is best understood as biologically distinguishable shared and disorder-predominant dimensions that differentially map onto cognitive, cardiometabolic, immune, and molecular architecture.
