Protective effects of ascorbic acid against fluoroquinolone-induced spermatogenic disruption in wistar rats
Co-administration of ascorbic acid significantly ameliorated these toxic effects, resulting in reduced sperm abnormalities, improved sperm parameters, and restoration of normal testicular histoarchitecture with active spermatogenesis.
