Genomic characterization of avian metapneumovirus subtypes A and B in United States poultry by targeted amplicon sequencing

Findings show that TAS supports direct-from-sample aMPV genomic surveillance and provides genomic context for field clusters, vaccine-derived lineages, and continued adaptive change in aMPV in US poultry.
