β-Hydroxybutyrate-induced mitochondrial dysfunction and oxidative stress in BMSCs are ameliorated by mitophagy activation

It is demonstrated that BHBA directly induces oxidative damage and mitochondrial dysfunction in myogenic cells, and mitophagy is identified as a potential therapeutic target.

Integrated GWAS and methylation analysis identify DNMT3A as an important regulator of growth in rabbits.

It is suggested that DNMT3A may regulate rabbit growth via mediating DNA methylation of downstream genes through mediating DNA methylation of downstream genes.
