Thoracolumbar Fascial Defect in Persistent Low Back Pain After Lumbar Surgery: Ultrasound Findings and Response to Fascial Plane Injection
The favorable response to US-guided fascial plane injection suggests that post-operative fascial abnormalities may represent an underrecognized pain generator in selected patients.
