Intra-rater reliability of grip strength measurements in severely restricted hands.

The Jamar and ModSp devices demonstrated excellent intra-rater reliability for grip assessment in severe hand dysfunction and offers a practical, patient-centered alternative when standard dynamometry is hindered by physical constraints.
