Resolving early cochlear inflammation prevents lasting damage from noise exposure
The utility of a cross-species discovery platform for identifying therapies that preserve sensory function by targeting early inflammatory pathways by identifying quinoxaline derivatives with otoprotective activity following acoustic trauma is demonstrated.
