The deubiquitinating enzyme UCHL3 promotes bladder cancer progression and glycolysis through enhancing PKM2 protein stability

It is demonstrated that UCHL3 plays a pivotal role in stabilizing PKM2, which in turn facilitates glycolysis and tumorigenesis in BCa, suggesting that UCHL3 may prove to be a potential target for the treatment of BCa.
