Heterologous Co-Expression of Gshdz4 and GmRSZ22 Modulates Alkali Stress Responses in Lupinus angustifolius

Overall, the HROE line demonstrated the most robust alkali tolerance across phenotypic, physiological, root architectural, and gene expression responses, and offer a valuable foundation for breeding programs aimed at improving lupin adaptation to alkaline soils.

Mechanism of "inhibit-then-promote" regulation of wheat photosynthesis and carbon metabolism by Streptomyces sp. HU2014.

Two key molecular features of HU2014 action were revealed: relocation of photosynthetic antenna proteins, and reprogramming of carbon metabolism, consistent with a potential role in mediating the phenotypic transition from early rhizosphere stress to sustained photosynthetic growth.
