Fungal extracellular vesicles reshape Lactobacillus rhamnosus vesicles to enhance lysosomal homeostasis and resolve intestinal inflammation

Together, these findings uncover a cross-kingdom vesicle communication axis whereby fungal EV exposure remodels the molecular and functional properties of gut microbial vesicles, accompanied by enhanced lysosomal homeostasis and protection against intestinal inflammation.

Deletion of FgSRE1 Impairs Reproduction and Virulence of Fusarium graminearum and Alters Metabolic and Membrane-Transport Gene Expression

The genetic and phenotypic results demonstrate that FgSRE1 contributes to reproductive development and virulence in F. graminearum, whereas the transcriptomic data suggest potential associations with metabolic, redox, and membrane-transport-related pathways.
