Gastrodin activates the AMPK signaling pathway by inhibiting PRMT1 to alleviate cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.

It is demonstrated that gastrodin activates AMPK signaling by inhibiting PRMT1 protein expression in BMECs, thereby improving ferroptosis and dysfunction in BMECs and alleviating CIRI.
