Clinical Profile, Risk Factors, and Comorbidities among Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus: A cross-sectional study at a Tertiary Level Hospital in Nepal

Older adults were predominantly affected by T2DM and family history as a major risk factor, and Hypertension was the most common comorbidity, whereas diabetic neuropathy and diabetic nephropathy were the most frequently observed complications.
