Biodegradation of expanded polystyrene by bacterial isolates from selected dumpsites in Kaduna South, Nigeria

It is demonstrated that bacterial isolates from dumpsite soils can degrade EPS and highlight their potential for environmentally sustainable strategies to manage plastic-polluted environments.
