Scalable and Traceable Joint Uplift Modeling for Multi-Lever Online Marketing

A joint monotonic encoding layer is designed, which extends isotonic encoding to a joint space through linear interpolation and vector outer products, which allows the model to capture joint effects while ensuring strict joint monotonicity, aligning its output with economic common sense.

TopoGR: Revealing and Preserving Latent Structure of Semantic ID in Generative Recommendation

TopoGR, a topology-preserving generative recommendation framework based on Bit-decomposable Semantic ID(Binary SID), is proposed and it is verified that the Hamming topology can capture item relatedness beyond exact SID matching.
