Genetic susceptibility to chronic hepatitis B is inversely associated with Parkinson’s disease risk, and MAP4K3, RTN3, phenylalanine metabolism, and eosinophil represent candidate therapeutic targets and peripheral biomarkers for PD risk reduction.
