A modular APEX biosensor enables sensitive and visualized monitoring of viral protease activity
Two modular biosensors based on engineered ascorbate peroxidase based on a reliable, highly specific intracellular screening tool to accelerate the development of broad-spectrum therapeutics against both emerging and existing viral threats are constructed.
