lncRNA JPX promotes radioresistance in nasopharyngeal carcinoma via the miR-1301-3p/PIK3R2-mediated autophagy pathway

It is demonstrated that JPX promotes radioresistance in NPC through a ceRNA mechanism involving the miR-1301-3p/PIK3R2/autophagy regulatory axis, and the JPX/miR-1301-3p/PIK3R2 axis emerges as a potential mechanistic candidate for radiosensitization.
