CD20 targeted nanomedicine enhances anti-tumor immunity in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma by activating cGAS/STING pathway.

It is found that PLK4 was up-regulated in DLBCL, and its silencing significantly inhibited tumor growth, and the combination of si-PLK4 and VCR exerted stronger anti-tumor effects than either treatment alone, which was mediated by activating cGAS-STING pathway.

Spatial transcriptomic analysis identifies a necroptosis-prone thyroid follicular cell state in Hashimoto’s thyroiditis

This study provides a multimodal characterization of necroptosis in HT, showing that the inflammatory immune microenvironment is associated with TFC loss and activation of an RIPK3-MLKL-predominant necroptosis-related program, without detectable upregulation of total or phosphorylated RIPK1.
