EFAU-Net: efficient feature-enhanced U-Net for early pregnancy ultrasound segmentation

Results indicate that EFAU-Net is effective for segmenting key anatomical structures in early-pregnancy ultrasound images, and provides a better balance between segmentation accuracy and model complexity.
