Woven fibres loaded with an AMB/hydroxypropyl-γ-cyclodextrin inclusion complex enables sustained above-MIC AMB delivery from a dual-crosslinked biopolymeric dressing, providing in vitro proof-of-concept for Candida- infected chronic wounds, pending cytotoxicity and in vivo validation.
