Disrupted white matter function in subthreshold depression correlate with cognitive, neurotransmitter, and genetic profiles.

Findings reveal WM functional alterations in StD that are associated with mood and cognitive disturbances, and suggest that these alterations may be linked to underlying transcriptomic and neurotransmitter correlates.
