The results of this study indicate that the designed web-based library information system is able to support the management of user data, book categories, book data, borrowing and returning transactions, book stock, and borrowing history.
Abstract
The library of SMK Yapermas Jakarta still uses a manual system for managing book data, membership, book borrowing, and book returns. This condition causes several problems, including difficulties in searching for data and books, delays in providing information, inefficient administrative processes, and unintegrated data management. This study aims to analyze and design a web-based library information system that can improve the efficiency of library services and data management at SMK Yapermas Jakarta. The system development method used in this study is the Waterfall method, which consists of requirements analysis, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, system integration and testing, as well as operation and maintenance. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that the designed web-based library information system is able to support the management of user data, book categories, book data, borrowing and returning transactions, book stock, and borrowing history. Based on the testing and evaluation results, the web-based system provides greater convenience in data management and library services compared to the previous manual system. Therefore, the implementation of a web-based library information system can serve as a solution to improve the efficiency of library management and services at SMK Yapermas Jakarta.

Requirements in large systems rarely exist in isolation. Their meaning depends on the wider project context - other requirements, policies, decisions, tests, and implementation details. That becomes especially important when AI is used for review, because spotting a possible conflict or gap is only the beginning. ReqSpace explores how AI, visualisation, and connected project context can help reviewers understand those findings, trace the relationships behind them, and focus on the questions that…
