Abstract

Against the backdrop of the accelerating digital transformation of professional fields, education is facing the need to revise its approaches to training specialists. Digital technologies are no longer functioning as an auxiliary tool. They have become an environment in which professional thinking, practical skills, and adaptive readiness for change are formed, and in this work, the process of integrating digital solutions into students' professional training is examined through the lens of a competence-based approach.Based on pedagogical modeling and a qualitative analysis of educational practices, a model has been developed in which digital simulators, immersive environments, collaboration platforms, and intelligent assistants are integrated into the educational process not in isolation, but as elements of a unified pedagogical strategy. It is shown that the effectiveness of such integration is determined not by technological richness, but by the quality of pedagogical design, the level of methodological support for teachers, and the presence of development-oriented feedback mechanisms. It has been found that the successful implementation of digital tools contributes to a deepening of professional understanding, the development of reflection, and the formation of flexible competencies in demand in the modern economy. The proposed model can serve as a basis for designing educational programs, modernizing teaching and methodological support, and developing a digital culture in the academic community.
