Evaluasi Usability Website Sentra HKI Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya Menggunakan Metode System Usability Scale (SUS)
Abstract
The need to support services and the dissemination of information related to Intellectual Property Rights in higher education environments is increasing along with the utilization of information technology in providing web-based services. The Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Center website of Sriwijaya State Polytechnic was developed as a medium to support the dissemination of information and services related to IPR. This research aims to evaluate user satisfaction with the IPR Center website of Sriwijaya State Polytechnic using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The benchmark for measuring the quality of the IPR Center website uses 10 questions and 33 user respondents. The test results using the System Usability Scale (SUS) on the website were 67.8. The measurement results fall within the Adjective Rating OK category, indicating that the IPR Center website of Sriwijaya State Polytechnic is still acceptable to users, but further improvements and development are needed.
